What is quote?
A quote is a tentative cost estimate of your home design project. Your quote also includes a bill of quantities (BOQ) - an itemized sheet of all products, furniture, services required for your project and their costs. Items and prices listed in a quote are subject to change according to any changes in design and scope of work.
What if I choose to not go ahead with Interior Company after paying 10%?
In case you change your mind, we understand and we’ll be happy to offer you a refund in accordance with the Interior Company cancellation policy.
How can I make payments?
You can make payments via online transactions. Other modes of transaction such as cash, cheque etc. are also available. When you get started, your designer will guide you in detail.
What is an execution stage?
Execution stages help us track the progress of your project. They mark the completion of an important activity at which payments are due. After the 40% stage, Interior Company generates two types of orders for civil work + custom furniture, and catalogue furniture. As payment stages are linked with the progress of the project, due payment against a completed stage is essential.
Our catalog products will be manufactured alongside the work done onsite. This need to be paid for in full before delivery of products. These are general guidelines that can vary from project to project. Payment requests will be shared as per the actual percentage of work completed.
What are the benefits of this payment structure?
We have structured our payment terms to break down the quotation amount into installments. These installments are due when a certain set of tasks has been done onsite, for a better interiors journey.
